Major: Finance, minoring in Accounting and Actuarial Science

AI Research Interests:  Leveraging generative AI large language models (LLMs) and tools in classroom settings to evaluate how students engage with the classroom material and how they personalize their learning inquiries throughout the planning, learning, and reflection phases of the learning process, using generative AI interaction output as data points. The research seeks to meet students where they are in their increasing use of AI for rote memorization and exam preparation. Ultimately, the goal is to increase classroom engagement and comprehension, while simultaneously improving self-regulated learning (SRL) and self-explanation, through more integrated and robust AI-driven supplementary activities.
