AI Research Interests:  Broadly, I am interested in the application of AI to both multi-omics and neuroscience.
Currently I am working on GATOR_SV, which aims to be a model that predicts neurological conditions starting from structural variants through the following causative chain: beginning with 1D linear DNA in the form of structural variants, progressing to 3D chromosome organization such as TAD boundary disruption, followed by brain behavior including connectomics and neuronal networks, and ultimately leading to the observed phenotype, or neurological condition.
