Marquise McGriff

Marquise M. McGriff, M.A., CCSP, serves as the Assistant Director for Career Pathways – Artificial Intelligence. In this role, he supports students in developing essential AI skills through career coaching, experiential learning, and industry connections. In addition to his full-time work, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education at the University of Florida.

Before joining UF, Marquise was part of the Career Engagement and Opportunity (CEO) Center at New College of Florida, where he managed signature internship programs, collaborated with faculty, and fostered relationships with employers as the Assistant Director for Internship Programs.

Marquise also holds a certificate of completion from Harvard University in Artificial Intelligence in Business: Creating Value with Machine Learning and is an Affiliate of the Center for Research on College-Workforce Transitions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
