Assistant In-Teaching, Warrington College of Business

AJ Jung, Ph.D., is Assistant-In-Teaching faculty in UF's Management Communication Center, where she teaches business communication and examines AI integration in writing instruction, grading, and instructional design. Last year, she participated in a Harnessing AI for Teaching & Learning FLC project exploring AI-assisted co-creation of an Open Educational Resource, developing a scenario-based, human-in-the-loop design approach. In the RiTL FLC last year, she investigated how business students use AI in their writing coursework, a project she is presenting at the 2026 Association for Business Communication conference. Building on this foundation, AJ is excited to join the AI RiTL FLC to continue developing rigorous, publishable research on AI in the classroom, deepening her inquiry into how students actually engage with AI tools during the writing process, and what that means for how instruction can evolve.
